WORKSHOP AND PRESENTER GUIDELINES

• All workshops are 75 minutes in length.
• Workshop presenters are responsible for their own hotel and travel expenses.
• Workshop presenters will receive an honorarium of $40.00 for their first workshop presentation and $30.00 for each one thereafter. Sponsored presenters, co-presenters (assistants) and exhibitors do not receive an honorarium. Submit assistant’s name(s) no later than March 29, 2015.
• No promotion or sell of products during workshop presentation. Workshop content should not be dependent on purchase of products.
• Presenters will be responsible for their workshop handouts. (75 copies recommended)
• Presenters must provide their own personal computer and projection system for presentations that require PowerPoint, DVD or another computer application. Internet capability may be purchased through PSAV Presentation Services (626.395.0244) at the Pasadena Convention Center.
• All sessions will be provided with a presentation table and chairs at the front of the rooms. Microphones will be provided in the larger rooms.
