Convention time is fast approaching with much excitement and anticipation in the air as we prepare for our 63rd. I hope the following information will help as you begin your final stages of preparation.
Parking is available at the Sheraton/Convention Center and the surrounding areas (see map). The parking fee is $12.00 all day for all parking locations.
FACULTY BOOTH CHECK IN
The faculty check-in booth will be located in the Convention Conference Center building (see map). Please check in at the Faculty Booth before going to your first workshop.
Please refer to your workshop confirmation letter for your room assignment. If your room number begins with a “C”, it is located in the Conference Center building. If your room number begins with “EH”, it is located in the Exhibit Hall/Ballroom building (see map).
If you need internet access and have not made arrangements to purchase services, please contact PSAV at the Convention Center at 626.395.0244.
WORKSHOPS AND RESOURCE CENTER
Feel free to visit other workshop sessions and exhibitors’ exhibits in our Resource Center. Your name badge is your access to all of the Convention activities and events.
Pray that the delegates will return to their churches trained, equipped, inspired and encouraged to do the work of their ministry.

Please let others know that you will present at CMTA’s 60th celebration. Direct them to our website www.cmtaconvention.org to register online before April 15. Use the promotional code “SHELIA” and the registration fee will be $45.
